Former Development Director at Rosehaugh PLC and Savills PLC. With a wealth of experience across the development market place he has, for over two decades, specialised within the geography of London & the Southern Home Counties.

A Chartered Surveyor in both Planning and Development and Quantity Surveying, he has an extensive knowledge of the processes within house building, and a wide contact base throughout the industry. Founder Director of Homes 2 Own in 2005.

Anthony Taylor-Rose BSc (Hons) ACIB

Chief Executive

Over 30 years of Commercial Banking expertise culminating in the Directorship role at Lloyds Bank PLC leading a team that managed in the order of 10,000 small and medium sized business relationships across southern England.

Since 2010 Anthony has recived Non-Exec appointments at the British Bankers Association, HSBC Bank, Lloyds Bank amongst others.

Neil King ACIB

Finance

Neil has over 25 years' commercial finance experience. He originally established himself in the market place with Natwest Bank, where he was awarded Banker of the Year across the whole RBS Group in 2001.After leaving the Bank, Neil joined Savills, and led their South Coast Commercial Finance Brokerage until 2009 when he established his own Commercial Debt Brokerage.

Having worked across all facets of the commercial finance market place, Neil enjoys longstanding and valuable relationships with many different types of funding organisations and uses this experience to source the right funding package for Development Project Finance and ongoing corporate development and trading growth aspirations

Greg Cook BSc (Hons) MSc

Construction & Procurement

Over 25 years of Construction expertise incorporated working in major corporate environments as well as establishing his own business. Greg is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and former Equity Partner at E.C. Harris.

Greg brings a wealth of experience to the role in value engineering, construction solutions and cost planning. He has an extensive knowledge of the processes within house building, and a wide contact base throughout the industry.

Chris Maunders BSc (Hons)

Land & Development Consultancy

With an extensive knowledge of house-building gained over two decades, Chris has undertaken acquisition and development work for Berkeley Homes, Bellway Homes and Linden Homes.

He founded and lead Charles Maunders Consulting in 2008 and in that capacaity he supports Homes 2 Own with his expertise in land acquisition throught to co-ordination of our development projects.
